Carrying Out an Energy Performance Certificate for Commercial Property

When an assessor will be fully satisfied with the survey report, only then he will furnish the organisation with an EPC report. If a commercial organisation will have a good land report and land management record, it will be provided with higher grades in the EPC norms. Whereas if the management is poor and the use of electricity is not done in efficient manner along with poor emission norms, then it will get lower grades.
